Using your online account
Want to learn more about your online account and how it can help you manage your policy? You’ve come to the right place. Continue reading to learn how you can access and update your Square One policy, change your contact information, refer a friend, and submit a claim online.

Updating your payment details
Did you get a new credit card or change banks? Do you want to switch from annual to monthly payments? The most convenient option is to serve yourself by logging in to your online account and following these steps:
- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Billing information” tab;
- Select the correct policy;
- Choose “Change payment frequency” or “Change payment method”; and,
- Enter the requested information and click “Save”.
Updating your policy
With a busy schedule, it can be tough to find the time to call in and update your policy. That’s why we’ve made it super simple to log in to your online account and make the necessary changes when you want, where you want. To update your policy through the online account, follow these steps:
- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Policies + quotes” tab; and,
- Select the correct policy and choose “Change policy”.
Updating your contact information
Want to change your mailing address, phone number, or email address? The most convenient option is to serve yourself by logging in to your online account and following these steps:
- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Account information” tab;
- Click “Edit” next to the information you wish to update; and,
- Enter the requested information and click “Save”.
Accessing your policy documents
While you receive all your policy documents in an email after you purchase, you can always download them again at your convenience through your online account. To access your policy documents, following these steps:
- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Policies + quotes” tab; and
- Select the correct policy or quote and choose from the available options.
Submitting a claim online
No one can control when accidents happen. So, you can submit a claim by phone or online, whichever is more convenient for you. If you’d like to submit a claim through your online account, follow these steps:
- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Claims” tab;
- Select the correct policy and click “Report new claim”; and,
- Enter the requested information and click “Save”.
Referring a friend

- Click the button to log in to your online account;
- Click the “Tell your friends” tab; and,
- Share your personalized URL using the options provided.
