Your role

As a Product + Underwriting Specialist, you work directly with the company’s leadership team to develop new product offerings and underwriting guidelines and implement regulatory changes. Your efforts contribute to the growth and profitability of the company’s auto insurance portfolio. Your success in this role comes from superior analytical, communication and research skills. You use your creativity, inquisitiveness, and resourcefulness to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. You excel with time management, balance detail with priority, handling multiple projects and tasks with ease.

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and underwriting management, marketing, claims, and operations, to ensure that our product offerings are competitive, compliant, and meet customer needs.
