General process
When getting a quote from Square One, you’ll be asked to provide:
- The address you would like to insure.
- Your previous address if you’ve moved in the past three years.
- Permission to access information on your loss history and your home.
- Information on the characteristics and use of your home.
- Answers to underwriting questions.
You’ll also be asked for some basic information about yourself, including:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- email address
- Birthdate
Without all this information, we’re not able to provide an accurate quote. Rest assured that your information is protected by our Privacy Policy. We only ask questions that are needed to provide a quote. And, we never sell customer information to others.
Personlize your protection
Then, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize the coverages, limits and deductibles that you would like on your quote. With us, you choose what to insure so you only pay for the protection you need.
The entire process takes 5 minutes. That’s a fraction of the time it takes with most of our competitors, where you can easily spend between 45 and 60 minutes getting a quote!
